We're a family run farm offering a variety of products including plants, honey, free-range heritage breed chicken eggs, and Cayuga duck eggs (eating or hatching!). Our priority is to take care of the earth while providing healthy, nutritious products for our family and yours. We aim to use sustainable and regenerative farming practices, give our birds organic feed (in addition to natural forage), and do not use pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.

Have you had cucuzzi or cucuzza squash before? This is our first time growing (and eating) it and it's lovely! It's an Italian gourd that can be used like a summer squash when picked young (2nd pic). It's similar to zucchini but not as watery.

Forget about incubators, brooders, and heat lamps.. get yourself one of these Javas! They love being mommies and it's SO much easier than managing a brooder yourself. We also ended up with healthier chicks that way. Not a pasty butt in sight!

I've been ducked!
I was packing up after Corning Farmers Market last week and discovered this cool little dude perched on the leg of our canopy. So cute! I was very glad I noticed it before it got knocked to the ground and disappeared. 😊🦆❤️

We had a temporary deluge but the got to work right away to help clear the mini lake that formed! ❤️

Bad news/good news: we won't be at the Corning Farmers Market this Thursday but we WILL be at the brand new Montour Falls Plant Sale which is in conjunction with the Montour Falls Farmers Market from 4-7p!

In addition to our veggie starts and native plants, we'll have chicken and duck eggs, shagbark hickory nuts, and handmade wool items.

This Sunday! Come check out the Hector Plant Sale at its new location at Diamond On Seneca from 10-2. We'll be there with some native trees and plants like American Chestnut, pawpaw, elderberry, and strawberry. Also tomato and squash plants, including the always popular Carbon and Thorburn's Terra Cotta varieties.

It's also one of Ryan's few yearly public appearances. 😄 A great time to talk plants with him!
