Needed a bit of a restock on large Spore Spark. 1 batch down quite a few to go. It's been picking up pace over the years. Getting a fair share of return customers ditching regular coffee. Smells and tastes like coffee minus the acidity and bitterness. It's smooth, helps aid with digestion, and is an amazing alternative to coffee. Even more so to other mushroom coffees. No grit or residue, 100% water soluble. Gluten and caffeine free. And loaded with cordyceps and lions mane extract. Helps with energy levels and cognitive function while tasting great.

If you've ever wanted to have a mushroom coffee to work with or sell, I offer wholesale options. I'm pretty proud of it and think it's an honest and quality product that rivals a lot of other brands. Get in touch if interested. Am open to offering white labeling.

Ustilago maydis, aka corn s**t. Growing on my black popcorn tassel. Still a bit early for the cobs but I'm sure it'll pop up when the different corn varieties start finishing in the next few weeks.

I'm overloaded with lions mane this week. So for this weekend I thought I'd share. Get a free chunk of lions mane mushroom with any purchase from any vendor at the Farmers Market of Medina County! Just stop on by The Spore Store tent with your purchase and get a free bit of lions mane. Will be there from 9-12 with other fresh mushroom varieties, seasoning, tinctures, mushroom coffee, and more. Playing around a bit. Salmon and extract mixed dog treats. Some lions mane, turkey tail, reishi, and cordyceps. Not sure how far I'll go with this venture but wanted to give it a whirl. Regulations are a bit more in depth and just adds to the plate. If people but more importantly their dogs enjoy them, I'm sure I'll dive a bit deeper. Here's the rest of the spring, summer, and fall schedule for those interested. Mostly farmers markets and a super fun local event in mid July. Would love to do more, but learning to pace it out a bit. Daily production and harvest, processing, and running a homestead solo takes time and a lot of work. I'd rather do it right and enjoy things a bit more this year. Hope to see you all and as always thanks for following along on my mushroom journey!!!
