Now You're Cooking Midcoast Maine's Premier Cookware Store since May 2000 Mike and Betsy Fear opened the doors of Now You’re Cooking for the first time May 9, 2000.

In the beginning there was a staff of five and just 1,800 square feet of retail space. We have now doubled our staff and more than doubled our retail space, expanding once to the north side of the building and once to the south. At Now You’re Cooking our vision is to be Midcoast Maine’s Premier Cookware Store--a store stocked with a variety of interesting, good quality, reasonably priced kitchen products for the home chef; where the environment is clean and inviting and the merchandise is well displayed and organized; where the staff are knowledgeable about the products we offer and, most importantly, we treat each customer and each other as a friend.

We’re getting closer to our biggest sale of the year! This year’s Early Bird Sale will take place Friday, November 6—Sunday, November 8. Enjoy 20% off the entire store (excluding electrics, alcohol, classes, and sale items) all weekend long. Come back as many times as you want and save!

Early Bird Weekend Hours:
—Friday, November 6: 10am-5pm (with special Early Bird W**e Tasting from 3-5pm!)
—Saturday, November 7: 9am-5pm
—Sunday, November 8: 10am-4pm

Early Bird Gift Cards
During Early Bird Sale Weekend we also offer the opportunity to purchase Early Bird Gift Cards. These are sold at the same discount, for example, if you purchase a $100 Early Bird Gift Card you would pay $80. Early Bird Gift Cards come with the same restrictions as the sale: no electronics, alcohol, classes, and sale items. Buy an Early Bird Gift Card now and shop when it’s convenient for you. Some customers even use it to buy their olive oil refills through the year!
