It’s still cold, and it’s probably going to snow again

But, we are so ready for spring!

Our hens have picked up their egg laying, so it’s time to open the farm stand 😁 Fully stocked with chicken AND DUCK eggs!

Good luck to David who started hiking north bound on the Appalachian Trail, Georgia to Maine yesterday. A week into retirement and the man already can’t seem to sit still, see you in 6 months!

With days getting shorter, our egg supply is also slowing! Eggs will only be available at the stand on the weekends, if we have any. Thank you to all who have support the stand this summer! We had customers from as far as Rhode Island!

We can confirm we will have several dozen in the fridge Saturday so get them while they are cold 😉

GOATS MILK!🥛 We now are offering raw goats milk for sale! $5 per liter, with a $1 bottle deposit. To ensure quality milk, we will be taking orders and milking the day of pick up. And you may get some unsolicited info on safe handling of raw milk 😉We only did a small round of breeding this year so milk is limited. Message us or call/text if you want some! (Phone number available at the stand)

Gosh it’s been a busy few days! I think we are long overdue in formally introducing these sweet faces to the farm. Last Friday, almost exactly a week after Gidget arrived, Millie gave us not one but two new babies! After much deliberation, we have finally landed on some names. We are pleased to introduce little girl Wednesday (Winnie for short. That second picture of her reminds me of her momma!) and sweet boy Winston (he’s got legs for days). Big sister Gidget has been more than happy to show them the ropes!
