We are a small, family-owned well drilling and water service company looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in our home-based office. We offer a friendly work environment and are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and working with a small team.
đź•’ Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Approximately 30 hours per week
Responsibilities Include:
• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Accounts payable & accounts receivable
• Scheduling service calls
• Invoicing and emailing
• General office support and customer service
Qualifications:
âś” Strong customer service skills
âś” Computer experience required
âś” Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
âś” Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
âś” QuickBooks experience preferred
