The Geaux Beef Heifer Development Program provides producers with the tools, education, and management strategies needed to develop fertile, productive replacement females. Plus, this year, WE ARE EXPANDING and adding new components to the program.

✅ Two development options:
(1) Develop heifers at an LSU AgCenter Research Station
(2) Develop heifers on your operation

✅ Two post-development options:
(1) Retain heifers in your herd
(2) Market heifers through an LSU AgCenter-supported sale

The Geaux Beef program offers a pathway to improve herd productivity and long-term success.
