As everyone knows Honey’s has been put on hold, as I have been taking care of family.

Dad was laid to rest today.

I will keep everyone posted, on pop ups in the future.

Thank you for your understanding with this. Thank you for your support.

Family first.

Thank you for your patience as I am still assisting an immediate family member who needs my help.

In a couple of weeks, I will be back at it again.

Thank you for your support.

Just because you had a bad experience with pastrami or didn’t like the taste, don’t let that spoil your thoughts on trying it again!

Pastrami is not a universal word. Taste the Honey’s pastrami and let the chips fall where they may.

Thank you!

We would like to thank the wonderful staff at Laurin Maier - State Farm for celebrating national barbecue day with us.

The pictures below are of a catered “drop off” style office pack.

This smoked brisket was pre sliced party style. Look closely at the brisket. Then look at the bark. Dark from real wood smoke. Not dry. Look at the texture of the bark by checking out the size of the fibers of the meat. Not swolen chunks. Not tough. Not chewy. Not greasy. Those drippings!

The brisket serves 8 to 15 people. The slaw serves 15 people. And the beans serve 15 people.

Also seen are the honey’s homemade bread and butter style brined cucumbers.

The brisket is smoked with Post oak and pecan.

The beans are scratch made with honey‘s scratch made signature and proprietary barbecue sauce.

The coleslaw is fresh green and red cabbage tossed in my mother‘s scratch made white remoulade dressing. Sour cream and creole mustard based real deal dressing. Not milky sweet regular style.

We appreciate every opportunity to earn your business. We look forward to you experiencing the taste of Honey’s soon. Thanks again !
