Lights, camera, glizzy! 🌭🎥
Had an absolute blast filming a cooking segment at Red Stick Spice Company with former LSU quarterback Rohan Davey and the crew from & co.
We took the humble hot dog and gave it a serious flavor upgrade with two over-the-top creations:
🔥 Spiralized Bánh Mì Hot Dog – loaded with crunchy pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, and all the bright, bold flavors that make a bánh mì so irresistible.
🌭 Chicago-Style Hot Dog "Glizzy" – piled high with spicy giardiniera, chopped white onions, and all the classic toppings. And an original Raising Cane's
The kitchen was filled with great conversation, plenty of laughs, and some friendly debate about which hot dog came out on top. Sports, food, and a little culinary creativity—it's a winning combination every time.

Our Asian African Fusion Cooking Class Red Stick Spice Company brought together warm shawarma spices, Thai flavors, Calabrian chile heat and bright fresh herbs in a full evening of hands-on cooking.
