The shoppe is full of special pieces and features, including this folk-inspired mural created by Suz One Made.

Several years ago Suz painted a stunning bee box for us and I knew she’d be the perfect person to execute this project. Our “tree of thanks” features some of my favorite plants and beings, and the special people that helped this shoppe into reality will get to sign their name to it.

After five years of markets, packed boxes, and miles traveled through South Jersey and beyond,
Pine Barrens Post has grown into something I’ve dreamed about from the very beginning - a permanent home in the Pine Barrens.

Our cedar-plank-and-nail shop is filled with the things we love making, heritage goods, pantry staples, camp provisions and the stories that connect them all. It’s a place shaped by the woods, traditions, and community that have inspired Pine Barrens Post from the start.

We hope you’ll stop by, wander the shelves, share a story, and help us celebrate this new chapter.

Burlington County Celebrates America on June 14th from 1 PM – 6 PM on High Street.

Weave through centuries of history down High Street in Mount Holly visiting historic landmarks, Revolutionary War military encampments, engaging displays, and interactive activities.

Stop by and hand dip a beeswax candle!
We’ll be set up next to friends forger and Pinelands Basketry, spinning, tintype and broom-making. Burlington County

As much as I loved the aged, cedar-shingle roof on the new shoppe and the little ecosystem it hosted, it had to be replaced.

After a good rain it acted like a giant sponge and when it was dried out it practically disintegrated.

So we took advantage of the beautiful weekend weather to check A LOT off the exterior list.

When Rhys is there with us working, Brandon slows down and takes the time to teach him skills he would otherwise not learn. They’re learning from each other and I’m so grateful this has become a family project.

REALLY pushing to open the 2nd part of June. Stay tuned.
