There have been so many and such big changes in the last few years here at Metzger Homestead. The Lord has been leading us in an (exciting) new direction, although it was not what we had originally planned for ourselves (but that will be an update for another day! 🤭).

Because of this, I'm thinking of either a new name for this page, or else to retire it. 🤷‍♀️

The focus here would not be homesteading so much any more (although we will still be here!)

In the meantime, while I'm figuring things out, here's some cuteness for you. Puppy photo shoots are my favorite 😍

Little "Lucy" is the cutest, tiniest Corgi! She's about half the size of her siblings but strong and resilient. She likes to sit and observe, she's playful, loves attention and is quiet-natured.
