🥳 Introducing our newest Permanent Champion…

🏆 CH Hanson Hideaway BR Pop Rocks EEEE 92

Pop Rocks rejoined our herd at the end of May and attended just a few shows to earn her Permanent Champion title! I absolutely LOVE this doe and her incredible ability to milk like an absolute powerhouse.

Another huge highlight from the weekend was showing our very first standard dairy goat and bringing home our very first Standard Grand Champion ribbon!! 🤯

Do I own her?
No!! 😆

Am I the crazy goat friend who borrows goats to show and help out?
Yes!! 🤪

💕 Sister Love 🐐

Some bonds are simply meant to last.

Avalanche left our herd as a tiny 2 month old kid and returned home at 2 years old. From the moment she came back, she and her sister, Sno-Caps, have hardly left each other’s side.

They nap together, walk together and are always caring for one another. Watching the bond they share is such a beautiful reminder that some family connections never fade. ❤️

✨ Miracle Monday 🪭🐐

The heat is on and Miracle is definitely not a fan… unless it’s blowing cool air!

I turned on the big fan just before milking the girls to cool off the area and within seconds I found Miracle stretched out right in front of it like she had her own personal cabana boy. 🍹🌴

This little diva has life figured out. 👑

Every time I milk Cotton Candy “Karen,” I can’t help but think of Vincent van Gogh’s The Starry Night. ✨

The swirls of hair across her soft pink and black skin remind me of the flowing brushstrokes in the famous painting. It’s one of those little details that reminds me there’s art everywhere, even in a dairy goat’s udder.

Nature really is the greatest artist. 🎨
