Our planting team and many others are prepping their machinery 🚜 and some have even started planting. 🌽 It’s the usual spring (planting) itch. Please slow down and maneuver carefully around these fellow farmers (and us!) ⚠️⚠️

Planting season is ramping up, which means more tractors and farm equipment on the roads. Operators and drivers must stay alert and give each other plenty of space. Drivers should also slow down when approaching farm equipment. Safe roads are everyone’s responsibility. 🚜

Oh man, stick some smoked pulled pork (no bbq sauce) on some puff pastry. Lucy says, “we’ll have to remember this for Super Bowl Sunday.”

Simple:
Puffy pastry, roll out flat. Twice.
Drop about a spoonful size of smoked pulled pork (yah, we got that!) 😉onto one flat puffy pastry in about 9 even spots (3 by 3!)
Top with other flat puff pastry and make into ravioli.
When finished top with egg wash and bake 350 for 20 minutes - may take a tad longer.

Option: add cheese, onion into the middle with pork.
