The DelMonaco team had a blast with the first graders of Algood Elementary Schooll! They loved teaching the kids about the life cycle of a grape and letting the kids pick grapes for their teachers to stomp, having story time, and having the kids taste "foot juice" and "toe jam"!

Its such an honor to be apart of teaching about agriculture and where food in the grocery store comes from to the youth of today!

Twenty months in oak is a long time to wait for a wine, but our 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon has finally reached the point where we're ready to share it.

Join us August 30th for an exclusive pre-release tasting of our Cabernet Sauvignon and be among the first to taste the newest creation from our cellar.

This is a rich, full-bodied Cabernet with aromas and flavors of dark berries, blackberry, and black cherry, followed by subtle notes of vanilla, oak, and spice. The wine's fine, rounded tannins give it structure and a lingering finish without overpowering the fruit.

After spending 20 months in oak, we've allowed the wine plenty of time to develop its character. 14% new American oak contributes layers of vanilla and spice, while 86% neutral French oak allows the Cabernet's fruit and natural character to remain at the forefront.

Only 100 bottles have been set aside for this pre-release. Kyle Cochran, the master creator behind this voluptuous wine will be on hand to pour, describe, and walk you through the journey of making this amazing wine.
