Lunch today; Leftover rice with the Trinity.
In a large frying pan I melted some butter and bacon grease together. Then I sautéed 1 chopped medium onion. 1 chopped large red bell pepper, and 3-4 stalks of chopped celery with leaves until tender.
Then I added in 3 chopped strips of crispy bacon I had leftover from breakfast plus the chilled leftover rice from yesterday. Over all of it, I poured a heavy drizzle of soy sauce.
Seasoned it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 👍🥰
Go get the “good rice” from The Sweetheart Boutique before it sells out!
