Testing a batter out tomorrow on the ice. Hopefully we get into the fish! I have collard greens prepped along with bacon, green onions, and jalapeno. Mason and I are planning on southern fish tacos with onion rings.

Got out on the ice with my good buddy Mason the other night after some Black Crappie. We did alright! Next trip is in the works and planning a "catch and cook" with a vintage Coleman Stove and our super secret batter. Stay tuned!

Cooking up some pork steaks with our Original Spice Blend. Lower sodium in the blend means more actual herb and spice flavors.

We nailed it this round. Perfection confirmed. Perfectly tender, smoky, sweet, salty, tangy, spicy and herbal venison jerky. Our process and Back Country Brines Original Blend finished up with their Magic Dust Glaze. Amazing flavor you simply must try for yourself to understand. 100% organic. Zero MSG.
