Today’s lunch -
Fresh salad topped with eggs salad
Steamed broccoli, and
Blueberries

I cooked the eggs for 12 minutes in the Quick Cooker then but in an ice bath for 10 minutes. Once I peeled the eggs (so easy!!) I chopped them up with my Mix & Chop and added real Mayo, Paprika, and Salt & Pepper using my Pampered Chef set. The broccoli was steamed in the Mico-Cooker for 5 minutes in the microwave. A healthy lunch in less than 30 minutes. , ,
