We’d like to take a minute to introduce our small team that will be hitting the streets of Matagorda County serving brick oven pizzas soon.

My name is Alyssa. I handle all point of sale interactions and our social media posts and correspondences with customers. I’m also half of the test kitchen where we go back and forth on deciding what’s new to our menu.

Dylan is head chef and works the oven at all of our pop-up and catering events. He has been making pizzas for friends and family for the past 10 years and is excited to bring his style of pizzas to Matagorda County.

We look forward to setting up and meeting our local community over a fresh slice! 🍕🔥
