2015-2025 After successfully implementing their brand though out 2015 and 2016 at many bars and restaurants in Long Island, NY.

The Brewers Collective started sometime in 2007 as the dream child of 9 home-brewing comrades with a passion for all things craft beer. TBC took its first steps into the larger world of professional brewing in 2015 at a shared incubator brewery in Farmingdale. TBC realized it's long held dream of opening it's very own brick and mortar brewery in the great town of Bay Shore, NY in April of 2017. O

ur tasting room is open Friday thru Sunday and we often have live music, food trucks and of course, fresh and seasonal independent craft beer brewed in house. Come give us a try, things are a little different around here in the best way.

The time has come, it's our last week!

Make sure to visit us for the last time this week. Grab some our remaining TBC merch as well as some unique items from the brewery and tasting room (we'll have lists and pics on stories this week! Own a peice of TBC history!)

Wednesday: Sarahs last solo shift

Thursday: Robs last solo shift

Friday: Rob + Eriks last shift

7pm The TBC "Wake" - share a memory, raise a glass, wear your best funeral black or something fancy! Pinkies out! (Rideshare encouraged!)

Saturday 5/31: 2pm
Drink all the remaining TBC beer.

Fire sale on all remaining merch/furnishings equipment! Final toasts!

Welcome to Friday! We will be open starting at 5:30 with behind the sticks!

Our 2nd to last new beer is flowing as well! Swipe to see: Punk is Dead / Not Dead, blueberry wheat ale. Delicious and sessionable, come drink it up while you can!

Saturday we get loud on the big speakers one last time. Check out our favorite DJs throw down some dub, house and hip hop with our friend MC Lyle pumping us up and Erik behind the sticks!

Sunday is Mother's Day! Bring Mom down for some pours and flights, Rob will be your host!

✨ One Last Brew ✨

Join us this Saturday in the brew house starting at 2pm as we brew our last original creation, "TBC Eternal" a hazy + hoppy pale ale. All taps will be flowing, let's sip, brew and celebrate all things TBC.

The outpouring of love and well wishes has been overwhelming and humbling this past week. Thank you to our incredible community for showing up to support! Let's keep it going!

After 10 unforgettable years of craft, community, and connection, it’s with a deep sense of gratitude and a heavy heart that we share the news that The Brewers Collective will be closing its doors in Bay Shore at the end of May.

We started our journey into Long Island craft beer in 2012 as passionate homebrewers with tenacity, grit and big dreams of building a brand and shortly after, our very own brewery. Our journey will end over a decade later as fully realized and fulfilled professional brewery owners with a deep love and respect of the community both created and shared.

Thank you to all that have been a part of our story.

In the weeks that remain, we have some final beer to brew and a whole lot of sipping and celebrating to get to. We hope you'll stop in and join us! ❤️
