We’re officially down to our last five days of DUBCO Bay Shore. Beginning today, our full tap list is in the photos…what you see is what you get.

We want to thank everyone for the calls, texts, and pop-ins over the last few weeks. We are truly humbled and honored to have served this community for the past 10 years. 🤍🍻
This closing is bittersweet, but we leave with nothing but love—for you, and for the craft beer industry that shaped us.

That being said, these next 2 weeks will be our final days of DUBCO in Bay Shore.

Bay Shore Taproom — A Farewell

This is the post we never wanted to write.

After more than a decade in business, we are officially closing our Bay Shore taproom. This place has been more than a brewery — it’s been our home, our purpose, and our community.

Together, we built something rare. A family. From the people who worked beside us, to the regulars who became friends, to everyone who showed up again and again — you gave this place its soul.

I’ve dedicated a quarter of my life to this dream. The late nights, missed holidays, constant pressure, and immeasurable joy were all worth it. But the reality is that running a small, independent business in today’s climate has become unsustainable, and protecting my family means letting go of something I love.

This closing is final. It’s the end of this version of the dream — but not the impact it had.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be winding down operations, tapping special beers we’ve been holding onto, and announcing our final service date once beer runs low.

Thank you, Bay Shore, for more than a decade of memories. We leave proud, exhausted, emotional, and forever grateful.
