Saturday 9/26 our modest brewery turns one!

We hope that you’ll join us in an afternoon of new beers, food, crafts and vendors.

From bourbon barrel aged barleywine, to smoked pumpkin ESB on cask, as well as seasonal cocktails.

Last week we received, to date, our biggest grain order yet. In our one year of operation, we’re proud to say that we’ve used 100% NYS malt, supplied solely by our friends at Dennis Nesel. Naturally, this order means more beer. Fresh batch of Roeder Kellerpils. Brand new sour featuring smoked malt. And of course, some brand new hazy IPAs. As we approach one year of production, we’d like to say “thank you” to all the distributors, patrons and accounts that have been a part of our growth. Big things to come. Stay tuned. Cheers!

What a week so far. Worked on something new and exciting with our friends at Hollingbery & Son Hops (stay tuned). Got some new, and old barrels filled for future releases. Dropped our newest, and likely favorite yet saison; Coronation of Spelt. This batch of Roeder Kellerbier is on its last legs but has never tasted better. Come by for a slow pour while it lasts. Delicious soul food from Chef Ari G. (6:30-10:30).
