What a week so far. Worked on something new and exciting with our friends at Hollingbery & Son Hops (stay tuned). Got some new, and old barrels filled for future releases. Dropped our newest, and likely favorite yet saison; Coronation of Spelt. This batch of Roeder Kellerbier is on its last legs but has never tasted better. Come by for a slow pour while it lasts. Delicious soul food from Chef Ari G. (6:30-10:30).

In Tandem (8.0% ABV) - dry hopped judiciously with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Citra.

Additionally,

Initial Bloom (4.7% ABV) - Hefeweizen fermented open air, boasting subtle clove with a dry lemony finish.

Available at 3pm.
