We still have several brisket, ribs and couple roasts left. Fresh ribeye (and frozen) , New York, thin sirloin for fajitas, and limited filets. 2 boxes of catfish, and of course, our ground beef 😍! Lots of sides and BIG potatoes. Open 10-6:00 m-f 10-3:00 Sat we also have beef fat if you’re interested in cooking tallow!
