We’ve been sitting on this for a while. Dane took advantage of an abnormally large crop of Macoun years back. This is a single cultivar expression that has been bottle aging for over 5 years. Macoun is an apple from New York State, outside of the Finger Lakes. It dates back to 1923. A cross of Jersey Black and McIntosh. We’ve been labeling these little 500ml bottles by hand. Only available on the Farm in Bayfield. less than 1000 bottles produced!

Tart Cherry Season is coming to it’s close. Wild year of heat, smoke, and a deeply abundant output from the Montmorency Cherry Trees up here on hill. Dane’s created a new cider, incorporating fresh tart cherry juice into the base of our flagship Dry Cider. It’s ruby in color, balanced, and has an incredible cherry finish that seems to keep building everytime we taste it! Only available in the taproom at the farm. If you love it, we’ll package a fresh tall can (or even a four-pack) to take home. Happy Late July!

Come try our newest creation, Cherry Pie! This beautiful cider is an apple base with fresh Montmorency cherry juice- with cherries grown, harvested and pressed on the farm.
