Only two sleeps until the Lost Goat Market Days - Bayfield, CO and we've got our wyldest line-up yet!!! We'll be rolling deep with unit of G's leading the pack this Sunday at The Goat....

G1's that is!!! The highest grade a coffee can receive, and yes there will be 8oz samples! Wake-up with Wyldwood and then turn-up with The Goat... it might just be the most fun you can have at a market. Stay Wyld my friends!!!

It was such a great day at Píinu Núuchi Farmers Market!!! We saw so many of our favorite people and met some new favorites as well. Can't wait to go back. Our roasting schedule this summer is filling up fast so stay tuned for our next appearances and remember you can always order/reserve coffees ahead of time to make sure your favorite coffee is available when you arrive. Farm Highlight - Misty Valley

High in the mist-kissed hills of Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region in the Misty Valley is a coffee that has become legendary among specialty coffee enthusiasts. At elevations exceeding 1,800 meters, heirloom coffee varieties flourish in fertile volcanic soils, developing the remarkable complexity that has made this origin world-famous.

What makes Misty Valley so captivating? It starts with the region's unique microclimate, where cool mountain air, abundant rainfall, and generations of farming knowledge create ideal growing conditions. The result is a coffee that often feels more like a bouquet than a beverage.

Píinu Núuchi Farmers Market tomorrow and were coming in hot, debuting two brand new coffees. Our Cheshire Cat and Misty Valley G1 we'll be making their first public appearance with us ever. If you know anything about specialty coffee, then you probably know the newest crop of Misty Valley in one sought after by aficionados every year.
