Shore Pourfection had an absolute blast last night at The Four Seasons Mirage in Barnegat, NJ, serving up a delicious, interactive, and oh-so-fun Ice Cream Bar! 🍨🎉

There’s something special about enjoying ice cream on a beautiful summer night—but getting to create your own sundae and feel like a kid again brings a nostalgic feeling that truly warms the heart. ❤️

Guests got to choose between vanilla or chocolate ice cream and then let their creativity run wild with an amazing array of delicious toppings! 🍫🍓🍪🍬

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful night to cruise, celebrate, and serve up some seriously delicious drinks! 🌅🌊

Having my company Shore Pourfection participate in the ribbon cutting event at the brand new Atlanticare facility in Galloway, New Jersey, was a deeply meaningful experience. With my background in the medical field and my sister's personal recovery journeyfrom GBS, it was an honor to meet and represent the dedicated medical staff who provide such vital care like the one that she has received.

Shore Pourfection’s trio team—Dara, Mitzy, and Naomi—expertly crafted elegant mocktails for the event, including a refreshing Lavender Blueberry Lemon mocktail and a nutritious, immunity-boosting Hot Honey Mango mocktail. To complement these drinks, we curated 125 sweet and savory individual charcuterie boxes for the staff and guests.

It was extremely challenging to manage and prepare for four events independently in one day. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to several individuals who have been instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of this weekend’s events.
I would like to extend my gratitude to my two close friends, Miguel and Gee for their invaluable assistance. While my boyfriend and partner, Christopher, was away working his own events, the boyz provided exceptional support by assisting in the relocation of the bars between the events.
