Join The Cheese Shops and Dirty Bacchus for an evening dedicated to one of life’s best combinations: wine and cheese.

The Cheese Shops and Dirty Bacchus are combining our super powers and bringing you a spectacular evening Wine & Cheese Pairing Class. The class is a guided tasting designed to make pairing feel easy, approachable, and actually useful at home. You’ll taste five curated wines, each paired with a complementary cheese, and learn why certain combinations work so well together.

What to expect:
🍷 Five thoughtfully selected wine pours (tasting portions)
🧀 Five cheeses chosen to highlight balance, contrast, and texture
✨ Simple pairing tips you’ll remember and reuse
🥂 A relaxed, no-snobbery atmosphere

This class is perfect whether you’re hosting more at home, curious about pairing basics, or just looking for a great night out.

Warning. Triplerousse d'Argental may cause sudden swooning, excessive snacking and a declaration of undying love for this cheese.

Made from cow, sheep AND goat's milk, we are absolutely frickin delighted to have this import in the case. Look at the squish!!!
