Due to ongoing health, and a few other personal issues, Patsy's will remain closed until further notice. I seem to get more lemons, than I can make lemonade with.
This is only temporary, until I can get my physical health in proper order.

Good morning! I know I haven't posted in quite a bit. Theres been a lot going on personally, between family members and their own health issues, and my severe arthritis seemingly getting worse every day.
Will be trying a Pittstburgh classic special this week, the chipchop ham sandwich.
Thin sliced ham, simmered in barbecue sauce, served on a hard roll. Its basic, but a classic, comfort food staple in western PA, and Ohio.
