Strawberry season = here 🍓
Organically grown berries. No sprays. No chemicals. Berries safe to eat straight out of the field. (No flats yet- looking like towards next weekend before we can do those) Growing organically takes more labor, compost/fertilizer costs more, we experience more loss (due to no sprays), and we provide more tenderness and care that we know is worth something. Not everyone values the same things we do, and that’s ok! But if organically grown is something important to you, we're here for you.

Lots of fresh greens in the cooler!
We’re waiting on our next big flush of cherry tomatoes so they are going to be a little more limited til then.

Elberta we sold out fast! Strawberries have been reloaded at the farmstand though at Z&N Farm 9740 Chief Rd in Bear Lake self serve stand is open tues- sun 10-6.

No flats yet, no u pick.

It’s Tuesday. We’ve been praying for rain but not like this. Another insane amount of water came down at once. We were a couple sopping farmers this morning preparing the farmstand and doing what we could to mitigate some water flow. That said… use caution on the roads today and if you venture to the farmstand know that there’s a river flowing through our path and that’s just the way it is today. 🫠I lost my shoe in the muddy mud and at that point I was so soaked I just committed to the soppy sock walk. I had a good laugh at the circumstances. Farming, like life, never a dull moment.

Stand is stocked with salad, spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, pea shoots, arugula and some slicing tomatoes.

Strawberries coming soon.
