Three years ago, Brisket Brothers was created from a shared love of food that siblings Liz, Nick and Ray have always had. Together, we made that dream into a reality.

Over the past three years, we’ve built some incredible relationships in our community; relationships that never would have happened if not for Brisket Brothers. For that, we are truly grateful.

With that said, the “foodie dream” chapter of our lives is coming to an end. As we move forward, we’ll be focusing more on our families and our full-time careers.

Our final day of food truck service will be May 9th at JAKL Beer Works in Middletown, DE from 5 to 8pm. We would love to see the customers and friends we’ve met along the way and celebrate this journey together one last time.

If you would like Brisket Brothers one last time, before it’s gone, please reach out to book a catering event before May 30th.

We are truly grateful for this opportunity and want to thank all of you for your support over the past three years.
