Picked up some O'ROURKE FAMILY GARDENS asparagus at Saturday's Bloomington Farmers' Market ... paired it with some Huelskoetter Pork Bacon ... and it was this evening's dinner !!!

A little salt, pepper, garlic powder & olive oil and ... IT'S MAGIC !!!!!

OVEN SMOKING two roaster pans of Huelskoetter Pork Shoulder for pulled pork to be served at a dear friend's celebration of life luncheon. 250 degrees for 8-9 hours ... should be perfect for shredding! Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoky BBQ rub. YUM !!!

Here's the tried and true recipe!
Just add a taco shell or tortilla, lettuce, the saved bean mixture, spicy sauce, sour cream, cheese, cilantro or whatever toppings you crave!!!
