After many months of keeping a lot under wraps, we can finally start showing everyone what we’ve been working on!

We wanted to keep the same look and feel that made the Happy Burro what it was, while giving it some much-needed room to grow. That meant making upgrades to the foundation, adding more space, and building onto the already amazing design without losing what made the place special in the first place.

There’s still more to show, but we’re excited to finally start sharing some of it with everyone.

What would you try in a small town?

Around here, we like things a little simpler good people, good conversation, a cold drink, and a place where everyone can come in and enjoy themselves. Especially the chili!

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes getting the Happy Burro Saloon ready so everyone can enjoy it the way it’s meant to be. There’s been a lot going on, a lot of work, and a lot still to come. Trust us. You are going to love it.

September 11, 2001 is a day that changed everything. For so many people, the memory of where they were and what they were doing in that moment has never faded. It was the day the world changed.

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives that were lost, the families who never got to say goodbye, the heroic first responders who did everything they could to save as many lives as possible, and the countless others who were forever affected by that tragic day.

Two words became a promise: Never Forget.

Twenty-five years later, that promise still matters.

Our hearts are with everyone who carries the memory, the loss, and the pain of that day.

And we will keep that promise.

Never Forget.

Happy Labor Day from the Happy Burro Saloon! 🇺🇸

Today is all about celebrating the hardworking people who build, fix, create, and keep our communities moving.

That feels especially fitting around here right now, with plenty of hard work going into bringing the Happy Burro back better than ever.

From our little corner of Beatty, Nevada — thank you to everyone who puts in the work every day. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you soon! 🍻🇺🇸

So far, so good! The Happy Burro Saloon is getting a lot of love behind the scenes. The kitchen is undergoing a full remodel, along with plenty of other fixes and improvements throughout the building to make sure the Happy Burro is here to stay for a long time and has more room and better spots to belly up to.

We know it feels like it’s taking forever, trust us, we’re ready too! But we want to make sure it’s done right, and once those doors finally open, it’ll all be worth the wait.
