Our final cow is almost sold out!

These Angus steers are finished right here in Beaufort County and will be heading to the butcher in October with customer deliveries scheduled for November.

Our cattle are raised the Lowcountry way — spending **100% of their lives on pasture. We believe in a balanced approach to finishing: our cattle graze local pastures while receiving a controlled amount of locally milled grain during the final 90 days to supplement natural grass deficiencies found in our region.

Our beef is:

✅ Finished under 24 months old
✅ Lean, high-quality beef (approximately 80/20 ground beef)

New baby alert! First calf of the 2026 season! We are so excited to watch this little one grow. She and mamma are both doing well!

UPDATE!!!!!

We have three 1/4 cow slots available that we were able to open up for a late October delivery! Please sign up today these will go very fast!

We are beyond grateful to have finished 40 cattle for our community this year and to have so many families choosing to fill their freezers with beef raised right here in the Lowcountry. Your support of our small family farm means more than you know!

We are working diligently to find ways to provide even more beef to our community. We’re going to speak with our butcher and do our very best to see if we can slide a few more of our steers into the processing schedule and open up a handful of additional share spots.

If you were hoping to get a 2026 share but missed out, please remain patient with us! We’ll keep everyone updated as soon as we know whether we can make more spots available.
