Love having meals that come straight off the farm!

Recipe is
Round steak
1 zucchini
Tomatoes however much you would like I generally have 1 quart jar.
1 onion (diced)
Oil of choice about 2-3 TBS
Seasoning of your choice; I use salt, pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder and parsley flakes.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until zucchini is soft. Then place diced up meat and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Serves 4 people.

On a family farm we all have to work as a team!

Super proud momma moment!! I couldn’t be more proud of Amy and Adam. Amy and I were checking cows because,of course, Gary wasn’t home, and we came across a heifer calving. The feet were out, but she wasn’t progressing. Adam helped and we had to get the entire herd to the barn because the heifer wouldn’t go by herself. Got her in the head shoot and with the strength of Adam along with Amy helping, we pulled a live calf!! I couldn’t be more proud of the two of them. Without all our hard work, the outcome would have been much different.
