We are a Grain to Glass distillery, meaning we do everything onsite. Our grains are locally sourced, and our spent mash goes to a local, woman owned, regenerative farm as feed. Last Autumn, we sent our Barrel Strength Coosa Cut bourbon to the American Craft Spirits competition. They announced the award recipients this weekend and we were awarded Silver. We love when industry experts acknowledge what our fans all know, we made good spirits.
