Wild Earth raises beautiful grass fed, grass finished beef in LaBelle, TX.. a small town just outside of Beaumont and about 60 miles East of Houston. We believe food is more than just something to be picked up at a grocery; it is something that should be celebrated, savored, and questioned. Who raised it, how was it raised, where was it raised? Talking with the farmer or rancher that raises

your food and connecting yourself back to nature can answer all of these questions. When you eat naturally healthy and nutritious food from local sources you are not only supporting a healthy body but also a healthy community. I always like to remind myself there is a person and a story behind every bite of food. Note from the Beef Lady:
I come from a family of foodies! We’re the family that gathers in the kitchen and around the fire. It is what drew me to expanding our ranching operation to direct sales. It was with the intention to connect our family’s ranching history with the community and bridge the gap between people and producer. I wanted to offer the beef that I wanted to eat. One that’s grass fed, grass finished, dry aged, and raised ethically and humanely. I wanted beef that comes with a story behind it, that was consistent month to month, and tasted notably different than beef from the grocery store. I wanted to produce a beef that I not only felt good about raising and eating but that also tasted amazing. The unique texture and flavor profile of grass fed beef raised in Southeast Texas really took our home cooking to an entirely new level. Hello Friends!
It is with a full and happy heart that I have decided to shut down my retail beef operation and move my life in a new and different direction. It has been an amazing 11 years of personal growth and discovery while I’ve built this beautiful little beef company. I have so enjoyed getting to know each of you, your families, and learning your stories, your favorite foods, and your recipes. You all have been the true highlight of this entire experience and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity and the trust you provided me to feed your families.. Thank you all so much the support!

I still have beef!
I will be selling until Sold Out. Once the beef is gone, I will have a few chest freezers and a walk in freezer trailer for sale locally. I have simplified the shop and updated with sale prices. Shipping days will be Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday and Local deliveries will remain on Wednesday and Thursday.

Our last Ranch Club Shipments went out in AUGUST (unless I contacted you for Sept. shipment). Your cards will not be charged September 1st.

Hey y’all! As some of you know.. I’m getting married in 2 weeks! We’re so excited for the final wedding countdown and will be shifting the beef schedule to accommodate.
