What happens when 2 Texas breweries get together through a program called Mash Mates?

You end up In Cahoots!

We’re excited to release In Cahoots, a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Brewtorium Brewery & Kitchen in Austin, Texas. This beer was created through the Texas Craft Brewers Guild’s Mash Mates program, designed to bring independent Texas breweries together to share ideas, techniques, and a few pints along the way.

For this one, we loaded the hop bill with Crosby Estate Grown Deep Cut Cascade & Comet alongside Yakima Chief Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe HyperBoost, creating a bright, expressive West Coast IPA packed with citrus, pine, and modern hop character.

• Available beginning today at both Buckstin locations
• Samples will be pouring on Saturday at the Beaumont Brew City Invitational
• Our friends from Brewtorium will be joining us in Beaumont for the festivities

If you’ve never visited Brewtorium, they’re one of Austin’s great beer destinations. They said it best: a place where craft beer, great food, and good people come together. We’re proud to call them partners and even prouder to share this beer with y’all.

Our Decocted German Helles Exportbier marks the first ever decoction mash at Buckstin Brewing Co. — a traditional brewing technique that builds deep malt character through time, heat, and patience.
