The countdown is on, and weāre excited to kick off another season! This year marks our 4th year of processing wild game, and we couldnāt be more thankful for the incredible support from our customers over the past few years.
Weāre a small, family-run, in-home business, and we take pride in providing quality processing with the personal care and attention your harvest deserves. We understand the time, patience, and hard work that goes into every successful hunt, and weāre honored to help put that harvest on your familyās table.
We currently offer:

š¹ Sausage in three delicious flavors:
ā¢ Regular Breakfast
ā¢ Spicy Breakfast
ā¢ Mild Italian
For sausage, we mix in pork at your discretion. We typically recommend 20 to 25% pork for the best flavor and texture, but weāre happy to do less or more based on your preference.
