In general, the only time whipped cream ever really makes sense is when it’s covering up Ali Carter in the 1999 movie classic, Varsity Blues. However, we will make an exception for our Carrot Cake Martini. 🥕

We only make annually for our Farm To Glass Cocktail Event (this weekend) because it is a massive pain in the ass to make.

Vanilla Bean Vodka or House made Spiced Rum

Our 8th Annual Farm To Glass Cocktail Event is this weekend!

One of the featured cocktails is my favorite all time old fashioned variation, the Pear Old Fashioned. Just pear purée and a hint of cinnamon. The pears were ripe enough that we don’t even add sugar.

Also available via a martini with Vodka.

We apologize in advance for the long beer name, but “Tastes Like Fall Minus All The Bullsh*t” is the most accurate description for our Harvest Ale. Light at 4.7% ABV, crisp because of the 50% Pilsner Malt, a nice orangish hue from the Munich Malt, and aptly hopped with Columbus and Cascade.

A lovely beer to share among friends. Bring some or stop in and make some. I promise people here will talk to you (whether you’re interested in the conversation or not).
