Padgett Cookie Company Scratch made cookies, pumpkin rolls, and nut rolls! A Baker's Dozen...the concept is simple, instead of 12 in a dozen, you will get 13.

This was a common practice in the 1500-1600s when bakers were harshly penalized for being "light" on the weight of their loaves of bread, so they would throw in the 13th to make up the weight. I know we aren't talking bread here, but I dig the concept! I hope everyone enjoys the extra cookie(s)!

Hi everyone! I am thinking of adding in 2-3 non-chocolate cookies this year. Maybe snicker doodles, orange-cranberry, rosemary shortbread, molasses, and maybe a lemon one. Thoughts? Suggestions?
