OMGosh...I crossed the BIGGEST milestone this evening when turning the horses and Sangria out for the night

She was laying down, front feet outstretched, like in the picture from last year.

Because of Melony, and her last visit here encouraging me to swing a leg over while laying down...I DID! All by myself with no one here to witness much less photograph.

I successfully swung my leg over and reached down, around her chest and scratched her with both hands totally laying my weight on her front end. Sangria waited for me to get off her withers then slowly got up once I was clear...definitely a mule BORN broke to ride, someday
