The search for our local champion begins NOW.
We are thrilled to officially launch the USBG Pittsburgh "Taste of Pittsburgh" Challenge. This is your first step on the road to the Regional Finals (which we are hosting!) and potentially the World Cocktail Competition in Macau!
THE CHALLENGE:
Create one signature cocktail that captures the flavor, vibe, and story of Pittsburgh. Show us what makes our city special.

A sweet partnership....featured in our cocktail class yesterday with sage in a tasty variation of an Old Fashioned

Day 4 of the Westmoreland Fair was amazing! The Maple Lodge LLC sponsored the legislative breakfast with a nice selection of our maple syrup. We met with PA State Rep. Jill Cooper and PA Secretary of Agriculture Redding and talked about our latest partnership with Iron City Distilling. We showcased our latest creation of Whiskey Aged Maple Syrup utilizing Iron City barrels. Must have Pittsburgh product that makes a great gift for yinzer nation!
