Hoffman Farms Store is proud to be Washington County's premier U-Pick Blueberry destination! May - August, we feature Hood Strawberries Blueberries, Raspberries, Marionberries, Blackberries, and Tayberries for U-Pick as well as pre-picked in our farm store. In September and October, we are open for fall festivities including our pumpkin patch and corn maze.

Unfortunately, it didn’t make it.

And apparently it couldn’t even fall right.

Berry season is in full swing, and there are plenty of berries waiting for you at the farm!

Our Duke blueberry field is officially open for u-pick. While the berries are still a little early and more fruit continues to ripen each day, there are lots of blueberries ready to pick and the field is looking great.
We’re also continuing to pick raspberries and tayberries, and both crops are producing beautifully.

Our u-pick strawberry field is still open as well, though we anticipate this may be one of the final weeks of the season. If you’ve been hoping to get one more bucket of strawberries, now is the time!

In the market, we’ll have ready-picked strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, tayberries, blackberries, and now boysenberries available while supplies last.
And the berry fun isn’t over yet!

Stay tuned as we prepare to open even more u-pick berry crops in the coming weeks.

It’s another beautiful day on the farm and a great day to come pick berries!

Our Duke blueberry field is officially open for u-pick. While the berries are a little early this year and there is still fruit ripening, there are plenty of blueberries ready to pick and more ripening every day.

We’re also continuing to pick raspberries and tayberries, and both fields are producing beautifully.
And for all of our strawberry fans, the u-pick strawberry field is still open! We anticipate this may be one of the final weeks of the season, but there is still plenty of fruit out there for those hoping to get one more bucket before the season comes to an end.

In the market, we’ll have ready-picked strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, tayberries, and blackberries available while supplies last.

And don’t forget—today is Story Time on the Farm! Join us at 10:00am at the stage for one of our favorite mornings of the week.

After the heat of the last few days, we’re excited for a cooler day on the farm—and it’s the perfect day to come visit!

Today is also opening day for our Duke U-Pick Blueberries! While they’re definitely a little early this year and there is still fruit ripening, there are lots of blueberries out there to pick and we’re excited to officially open the field.

We’re also continuing to pick raspberries and tayberries, and both crops are looking great.

And for all of our strawberry lovers, the fields are still open! We anticipate this may be the final week of strawberry u-pick. The recent heat moved the season along quickly, but there is still plenty of fruit out there for those hoping to get one more bucket before the season wraps up.

Apparently our marketing plan and the blueberries weren’t on the same schedule.

But that’s farming. Everything seems to be early this year, and the blueberries decided to join the party.
Starting today, June 16, our U-pick Duke blueberries are open.

U-pick is $2.50 per pound, and we have boxes and buckets available for you to pick into.

We’re open Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with last entry into the field at 5:15 p.m.

We’re open today from 9am–6pm, with last entry into the fields at 5:15pm.

It’s going to be a warm one today, and we’ll be closely monitoring temperatures throughout the day. If conditions become too hot, we may close the fields early for the safety of both our customers and employees. Be sure to keep an eye on our social media for any updates.

If you’re planning to pick, we highly recommend coming early! We’re currently u-picking strawberries, raspberries, and tayberries, and there is still plenty of fruit in the fields. Early morning conditions should provide the best picking and the coolest temperatures.

Looking for lots of raspberries? Be sure to visit our sister farm, Scholls Family Farm (formerly Rowell’s), where raspberry picking conditions are excellent right now. Check out the link in our bio for location information and details.

Weekend Crop Update from the Farm

It’s going to be a hot one this weekend, but Berry Palooza is in full swing and the farm is bursting with berries!

We will continue to monitor the forecast and temperatures closely and will keep everyone updated if any changes to our hours become necessary due to the heat.

The market is looking especially colorful right now, with lots of ready-picked berries available while supplies last. If you’ve been wanting to try a little bit of everything, now is the perfect time to grab a variety pack. We also officially have Duke blueberries available in the market, and we’ll be announcing soon when our u-pick blueberry field will open.

For u-pick, we’re currently harvesting strawberries, raspberries, and tayberries. Despite the warm weather, the picking conditions are still looking great, and there is plenty of fruit waiting in the fields.

If you’re planning a visit this weekend, we recommend coming early, dressing for the heat, and bringing plenty of water to stay hydrated.

It’s shaping up to be a wonderful weekend on the farm, and we’re excited to share another beautiful week of berry season with you.

Happy Friday from the Farm!

It’s going to be a beautiful (and warm!) weekend, and we’re officially entering one of our favorite times of the year—Berry Palooza!

If you’ve been planning a trip to the farm for berries, now is the time.

We anticipate this will be the last truly strong weekend for strawberries. There is still lots of fruit in the fields, and if you haven’t stocked up yet for fresh eating, freezing, or jam-making, we highly recommend making your visit soon before the season begins to wind down.
We’re also picking raspberries and officially opening our TAYBERRY field for u-pick today! All u-pick berries are $2.50/lb, and the fields are looking great.

Prefer to skip the picking? We’ll have plenty of ready-picked berries available in the market while supplies last.

And there’s more good news—another Berry Palooza favorite is on the horizon: BLACKCAPS! Anyone who has enjoyed these berries knows just how special they are.

We do not offer u-pick blackcaps, but we are now taking reservations for ready-picked orders.

Blackcaps should be available within the next few weeks, and if you’d like to be added to our reservation list, give us a call at 503-628-5418 or email [email protected].
