It's that time of year when I get to customize lunchboxes. Richard and harry loves lox and bagels, but Harry's has 2 layers of capers. No cake for Richard. Sorry! Hugo's is always a bit more entailed. He's really into deconstructed Cali rolls with extra spicy mayo at the moment. He gets chocolate cake, too! Arrow's is alway easiest. Nutella sandwich, apples, cheese, pepperoni sticks, and red velvet.

I spent the day smoking seafood. I fell in love with the smoked halibut. I also smoked Coho, scallops, and clams. Dinner was an explosion in my mouth. The boiled eggs topped with ikura and seated on a lemon aioli was soothing to the soul. This was a yum&sigh kinda meal.

Shoulder surgery tomorrow is what's on the menu! Years of cooking and hardwork has definitely destroyed my joints. But, I still love doing. This surgery will take awhile to recover from. See you all again soon!
