My Paleo transformation began as a hunt for the most optimal eating lifestyle. I was exercising regularly, eating what I thought was good food, and for whatever reason, I still felt tired, slow, and foggy. My colleague recommended Paleo, so I did a little research and if you know me, I bought 4 books that night because I was anxious to start as soon as possible! Throughout this incredible adventur
e of self-discovery, cooking more at home, and life enriching events, my passion for cooking began to blossom. Because cooking more is a necessity as a Paleon (what do we call ourselves, anyway?)... and you either love it or hate it. As an artist and food innovator, my favorite part of the process is using ingredients you don't see in the recipes online (though they have been my saving grace!) You can always count on a special touch with Cavemade food. I love to put a Paleo spin on traditional food, because you don't have to sacrifice quality for flavor. The flavor is all there and even better, Paleo! One day, Cavemade shall become a booth at the market, a food cart, truck, perhaps a restaurant. I dare to dream big! I believe in the healing powers of Paleo and it is my mission to bring that healing to you.
