I’ve been slacking on updates but babies all got weaned this weekend and meat pens picked out for my sisters. Everyone that is sold got tattoos today. This being said if you are still in need of a meat pen I have a pen of whites, a pen of broken red, and a black satin pen. I also learned that if prim had all the weights in her pedigree just missing two on great grandparents she could be granded which is super exciting as she’s only a second generation homegrown for me!

Also I promise the babies are separated in several huge cages they just think it’s the best to all be in one corner.

Went to Corunna today didn’t get any pictures while there but had a good time and brought home a new satin doe that I’m super excited about! Placings for the show are as follows:

Show A-
Prim 2/3 sr doe
Baby girl 1/3 sr doe
AW1CC4 1/2 jr doe and BOSV

Show B-
Prim 1/3 sr doe

Went through and did about half the 5 week checks it was hot and most weren’t having it and scratching pretty bad maybe I should get those gloves😅. But some pretty promising does in grandmas litter these are some consistent babies most of the bucks were very similar in type as well but all the does 😍.

I didn’t take any pics but we went to the heart of Michigan show in Fowlerville today. While it was cold and rainy it was still a good day and fun show we took 7 rabbits down 3 were mine and the other 4 were S&S Family Rabbitry ‘s. Thanks to all the judges and other exhibitors for the help and wealth of knowledge given to me and congrats to all the other winners even though there were only 30 NZ’s they were all pretty top quality!

Show B- the other 2 senior does were DQ’d for being underweight this show
