Haven't been able to update in awhile ive been so busy! And yes i have switched containers temporarily for my candy fruit! I will be setting up at the pence springs flee market this weekend on sunday! But I will be leaving early around 11:30am! I will be having not only a new menu out but also free small samples for people to try! Stop by get a free sample and maybe even a jar of koolaid pineapples! I will be having a few different flavors!
Also if you ordered with me at the flee market your order will be ready for pick up at the flee market! Be sure to stop by and come get your orders!!

Im reaching out to the ones who placed orders from the flee market! Its supposed to rain sunday in pence springs! it could change! But I was wanting to know for the ones who ordered at the flee market will you be there 100% let me know and ill make it and bring it down! Im not 100% ill set up but I just need to know so I know if your going to be there to pick up or not or I need to bring it next sunday! Either works fine with me! if your still wanting your order im more then happy to make it and bring it to you at the flee market please let me know! Please message me before sunday if you do not message me before sunday ill take it as your not going and to get in touch next sunday! Thank you!

So I've had many people message me with questions about Candied pineapples and im here to explain! So many of you have asked when you order why cant you get the order same day or next day and it really all depends if I have any ready, or no delivers for that day or day after, due to a reschedule but remember I have other customers who done ordered first and I do it by schedule not only schedule but who ordered first I go down the line who's order is next but there is a process I have to do before I can dip pineapples, I have to drain them wash them and prep and freeze them for 24 to 48 hours I cannot dip them unless they are frozen due to them being pineapples the citric acid in pineapples cause break down it eats away at the candy causing them to melt, now for grapes they have to be dipped at room temperature those you can keep in the fridge but pineapples you will keep in the freezer unless you decide to eat them all quick within a few hours, all fruits are different but all my fruits get washed and prepped before dipping can begin. I try to keep as many frozen as I can but candied pineapples are one of my best sellers along with grapes, but due to me having to freeze pineapples is why it may not be earlier delivery if I dip pineapples unfrozen they will melt completely within a hour sometimes it wont hold the candy either and just falls off, some of you that have ordered have seen i keep them in a cooler or a cooler bag filled with ice, or as you seen at the flee market they were in a cooler but pineapples have citric acid in them that's what causes them to break down and melt fast if there not completely frozen! I hope this helps everyone who's asked me this! Also for some of you who have asked about if I have a food handlers card ill be posting it as well on my pages separately! I just had to have it renewed!
