What a great start! Yesterday, Jason came out to volunteer and help me with my big hydroponic system. We got all the lines flushed out and situated, the water dialed down, and all of the 150 cucumber plants transplanted into the system!!!

Now just the tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant left to transplant!

Jason said that he'd be happy to cover it again today and help work on finishing the job! 👍🏻

I know it's last minute, but if anybody else has a couple hours to kill today and would like to come out and help us bust through this, that would be awesome sauce!! 🙌🏻😃

Just send me a message that you're coming. We'll be out here from noon to 2:00.

This Wednesday the 10th I'll be transplanting my plants into my larger hydroponic system.

There's a good amount of plants that need to be transplanted and it would be awesome to get some helpful hands out here with me to get the job done!! 😃❤️

So if you've ever been interested in hydroponics and would like to know more about it, as well as get some hands on experience with it. Then please comment or message me that you're coming out!

One more big project done on the farm!! ✅😃

Huge thanks to Jason Crocker for helping me tackle this jungle of a project!

Jason had volunteered his time out on the farm the past couple of days to help me conquer another big feat and mark one more project off of the list!

We decided to tackle the blackberry house and get it all sorted out and pretty!

This was a couple days of work, type of a project for us and Jason did great! He was a huge help and got the opportunity to learn quite a lot about maintaining blackberries for production.

I showed him the different season canes and which ones to cut out. First we went through the entire BlackBerry house, cutting and pulling out old canes. Then it was time to start weaving! I showed Jason how we sort through and weave the canes, while stripping them of their old leafs. By the end of the blackberries, I think he had become a professional weaver! He'll probably be great now at weaving baskets 😉 😆.

Next was to start trimming the canes and of course w**ding the ground around the canes and edges of the greenhouse. Then it was time to sweep and leaf blow everything out and into the compost pile!

It always looks so good in there after the spring trimming and cleaning!

Great job helping out Jason! You were great! I really appreciate the help and the company.

A few things we'll be working on: prepping the beds in the big greenhouse. Getting my larger hydroponic system flushed out and running. Cleaning up the blackberry house and trimming off old canes. Laying down w**d barrier in isles. Mowing and tarping. Transplanting if we have time 👍🏻

The more hands the better!!! When we have a group of people out here all helping out as a team, it's amazing how much we can accomplish!! 💪🏻😄❤️

Please comment a day that would work best for you to come help. Sunday through Thursday this week. Even just a couple hours are incredibly helpful!

With that awesome turnout and incredibly helpful group of people who came out for a community farm help day a couple weekends ago, I'm really hoping that we can all plan another one just as successful!!! 🤗

Would anybody be able to come out and help play on the farm so we can bust out a few more big projects?! 😀 Say either this Sunday? Or some day this coming week, Monday through Thursday?

It would be incredible to get another group of people out here to help things out! ❤️ The farm needs a lot of love right now haha 😅

Please shout out if any of these days could work for you, even if it's just for a couple hours. We're all strong in our own ways, but we're so much stronger together, and it's amazing how much can get accomplished as a team!

HUGE thank you to for coming out and helping me finish getting one of my hydroponic systems finished and up and running!! 🤗💖

We got the whole system flushed out, cleaned up, all the tanks emptied and washed and filled, all the channels situated with micro tubes, water up and running, and all of my baby lettuce starts and baby herb starts put into the channels where they will live for the next few weeks until harvest!! 🌱🌱🌱😋🥬🥗🌿

She even got my first set of lettuce bowls filled, watered, and ready to be seeded! 🥣 🌱🥗💪🏻👍🏻😃

Things sure are coming along out here and that's thanks to the help from anybody who has come out so far to help!

I'd LOVE to see another big group of wonderful people come out again for a huge help day, like we successfully did that first time! I think two more weekends like that would really get things squared away out here at the farm and would greatly help me and the farm out!

So let's team up again and try to get a big group of us strong awesome peeps from this loving community out here!

Would any day this coming week work best for lots of us? Sunday 17th through Thursday 21st? 😃

Good morning everyone! I know last weekend's farm help days didn't work out because of the thunderstorms and rain. But it looks to be nice sunny weather over the next several days! 🌞

If anyone is interested in coming out and helping me with further getting the farm up and going. We can try again with another community farm help days! 🤗

Let's open it up to: tomorrow (Friday 8th), Saturday 9th, and Monday -Tuesday the 11th & 12th. If you'd like to help out one day or more, a couple hours or several hours, whichever is much appreciated and is always helpful!!!

Who would have thought in only a few months of not maintaining the farm because of medical issues, that the farm would get so out of control! 😂 I am totally over my head here now lol, but keeping my chin up high! 😊👍🏻
