We are a small local business of 7 years, started by our son, striving to provide healthy antibiotic/hormone free pasture raised meat chicken, fresh brown eggs & our (Holy Smokes)homemade wood smoked salt!

We will not be attending the The Bedford Farmers Market today 8/12 but hope to see you all this Saturday 8/15 at the The Bedford Farmers Market 9-12 and any Wednesday from now until the end of the season that our schedule permits. Unfortunately, we will not be set up on the following Wednesdays- 9/2, 9/9 or 9/16 and will be closed 9/16-9/22. Orders can still be placed if needed and we will get them ready after 9/22. We plan to be attending the Dunnings Creek Farmers Market on Tuesdays 4-7 as well our schedule permits. All schedule changes will be posted on our page.

As a reminder- we sell all available products from the house. We will prepare you order for you to pick up or arrange possible delivery dependent upon location as well as have ready and available to pick up at Bedford or Dunnings Creek Farmers Markets when we attend.

Even though we are missing out on our scheduled markets this week it hasn’t stopped us from restocking some of your favorite sold-out products! We’ve been working hard to make sure we continue producing premium products for you to add to your spice rack!

🔥 Fresh out of the smoker is our Pecan Wood Smoked Salt, which is available in:

🧂 Coarse Kosher
🧂 Fine Pink Himalayan

Also fully stocked back up with plain dog treats. Hickory smoked will be next.

Applewood is low and will be next up to restock. Our Apple/Cherry Blend is still sold out, but we hope to have it back in stock soon!

We will also be increasing the jar size of our Himalayan smoked salts from 2 oz. to 3 oz. Our Coarse Kosher salts will continue to be offered in 4 oz. jars.

Our gift packs, featuring three 2 oz. jars, will still be available with our top three sellers in Coarse Kosher and Fine Pink Himalayan varieties.

Prices for the Coarse Kosher salts and gift packs will remain the same. Updated pricing for the larger Himalayan jars will be announced soon, along with a new price sheet.

Currently in full stock of our Smoked Salts and dog treats. Eggs are limited but we do have them. Pastured Chicken is sold out for 2026 but preorders are open for next June 2027.

We will make arrangements to meet with you or have you pick up from the house only 10 min from in town Bedford or Everett.
