300 ml warm milk
1 tsp Sugar
1.5 tsp Instant Yeast
500 g All-purpose Flour
1.5 tsp Salt
30 g Room temp. Butter
2 Eggs

It's been a while since I posted. I've been busy attending CVCJA and finally I have a little break on Veterans day.
First and foremost, I want to thank every veteran for their service! I hope y'all have a great day today!
For the bread, I tried a new recipe from King Arthur's. I'm looking forward to try it and see if it taste as good as it looks.

Getting things ready for tomorrow's market! It's been months since we were there so we are very excited to see y'all at the !!! 9am - 1pm
We'll have some produce: cucumbers, peppers (very limited), zucchini, and squash. We'll also have some traditional Hungarian Pickles, hot pepper powder and home made bread (which I'm cooking baking...)
