Fisher's Country Store

10/13/2026

I'm really pleased to offer some new products in the store that are very special to my family. These handmade charcuterie boards are from Mountain Village Woodcrafts, one of the woodshops that are part of the Faith Mission Home campus in Free Union, Virginia.

Faith Mission Home is a non-profit dedicated to serving people with disabilities, and these woodworking projects benefit this mission. Over the last three and a half years, two of my sons have worked as volunteers at FMH in various capacities. My son Bryce is currently serving in the group home.

When the opportunity came up to carry these wonderful products in our store, of course I said yes. Take a look at these the next time you stop here to shop. I think you'll like them. Check out the links in the comments to learn more about the home, and the Etsy shop for some of its crafts.
