Hey, Folks! I know it’s been a while since I have posted. The kitchen has been closed for several reasons —which I will not go into at this time. However, it’s time to ease back into cooking for you, my faithful customers. With that said, I am not going to be cooking and posting every week, but if you have a special request for an upcoming event or holiday—or maybe you’re just hungry for one of my delicious casseroles —just let me know and we can work out a plan to help you out!
Next week I will be preparing two (2) dishes—my famous lasagna made with my favorite homemade sauce and a relatively new creamy, chicken casserole topped with a delicious buttery, cracker topping. The price is $30 for a large (9x13) pan or 2 small pans. I will need your order by Tuesday, Oct. 13.

No, I haven’t quit cooking! I know some of you have been wondering if I had dropped off the face of the earth! Jackie accuses me of hibernating! Ha! It seems that every time I get ready to announce dates and menu, then something hijacks my plans. To My loyal customers and friends, I plan to get my act together really soon! The next casserole delivery will be the week of September 30-October 4. This will be the first for my Baked Spaghetti! You are not going to want to miss out! No jars of sauce opened and poured over some noodles! This is the real deal! Homemade sauce, simmered to perfection—using two meats and lots of cheese! Yum, Yum! Remember I offer 2 sizes—small 2 for $25 and large for $30. Ready to Eat, Take & Bake , or Frozen. I will keep you posted on exact dates, places, and times for delivery.

Thanks to Amazon and the USPS, the new cartridge for my cooktop has arrived and the KITCHEN is OPEN! I realize that it is sort of short notice, but I will be taking orders and cooking King Ranch Chicken. Let me know ASAP if you want to be included in this order!
